Each bocUe bag or accessory is made to order. Your order will be filled as quickly as possible. Most orders can be delivered within 2 to 8 weeks. We will notify you promptly of any delays. Full payment is required upon placing your order.
Please note that items may go out of stock before online inventory is updated - an order confirmation via email will verify product availability, color and delivery time.
All sales are final due to the custom nature of the work.

order confirmation and fees
An order confirmation will be emailed to you with the total dollar amount owed, including taxes, shipping and handling. Your order will not be processed until payment has been received. Sales tax (6.25%) will be added to all Illinois orders.
We ship via FedEx. Shipping and Handling fees are as follows:

$.01-49.99 = $8.00
$50-249.99 = $16.00
$250-499.99 = $24.00
$500-749.99 = $28.00
$750-999.99 = $32.00
$1000+ or International Shipping = email us for estimate

credit card payments
All major credit cards are accepted for payment through Paypal or you can call us with your credit card information and we will process your order manually.
returns
We are unable to accept returns for items due to the custom nature of the work. If you have a quality or fabrication issue please email us at info@bocue.com within 14 days of receiving shipment so we can discuss a solution. All returns are for credit or exchange only, no exceptions. |
color accuracy
If you have a concern about accurate color representation or would like to see additional color choices we will be happy to mail swatches ahead of placing your order for a nominal fee.
special requests
Email info@bocue.com if you have any special design or color requests. We will do our best to fulfill your wishes. Additional charges may apply if extra design time or materials are required. |
